My Philosophy
“I have been trained in the psycho-dynamic school of Executive Coaching, which has a number of foundational principles, including:
Emotions are data - Emotions are valid data points that can extract powerful insights and meaning.
Commit to courageous conversations - Both coach and coachee have to be willing to explore challenging issues together in order to achieve meaningful progress.
The coach serves the client - as coach I am in service to you in order to reach the best possible outcome
In addition to this academic grounding, my own guiding principle is Sapere Aude, the Latin phrase that translates as ‘Dare to Know’, as I’m dedicated to continuous self-improvement and learning. Which is why:
I regularly attend courses and talks from thought leaders such as Wim Hof and Dr Bessel van der Kolk. I believe that the more I can continue to learn and grow, the better I can serve you as a coach.
At the age of 53, my physical activity encompasses everything from gymnastics and mobility work through to breathwork and boxing. A healthy body = a healthy mind.”

My Philosophy
“I was trained in physiotherapy to look after the body and soon after graduation I worked in mental health. I realised that the health system was broken in half, people only thought about the body or the mind separately, and prevention was not a priority. It was then I realised we had to focus on prevention of ill health and to support people as the whole person.
I’m passionate about empowering and uplifting men for them to become better versions of themselves. My background in science and data, combined with my own experience of burnout, informs my approach.”
Jason and Dr Brendon have worked with many of the world's leading brands over the course of their careers, including:
