The TPM Process:
Your Path to Optimization

Phase 1 - Evaluation 
This entails a 360-degree assessment of your mental, physical and cognitive states utilizing tools such as psychometric tests and EEG headsets. 

Phase 2 - Data Analysis 
A comprehensive review of the evaluation data to determine current baseline levels, key insights and developmental opportunities. This is a collaborative phase with you as the participant AKA Prime Mover.

Phase 3 - Program planning 
Informed by the program insights and desired goals, we map out a personalized program that constructs an integrated pathway of growth and transformation for you. 

Phase 4 - Onboarding 
You are taken through the program in detail and also introduced to any TPM specialists who are being deployed to ensure you reach your goals.

Phase 5 - Monitoring and coaching
Combining cutting-edge coaching with wearable tech, we continuously gather data on your physical and mental state, allowing for real-time adjustments to your program to ensure consistent positive progress.

Phase 6 - Offboarding  
In keeping with our mission of supporting you in life, once your participation in the program comes to a close, we will share a comprehensive, personalised Prime Mover Guide to help you maintain positive progress.  

All your data and our conversations will remain strictly private and confidential.

The first TPM Program cohort launches in January 2025. Given our personalized, bespoke approach, we are only accepting a small number of participants, so if you’re interested in becoming a Prime Mover you should sign up to the waitlist immediately.

Duration: Minimum commitment of  6 months (first Prime Mover cohort starting January 2025).

Price: Bespoke, as it is based around individual needs and goals, but special founding member rates will apply for pioneer participants.

  • The TPM Program uniquely combines executive coaching with cutting-edge neuroscience to provide personalized programs, specifically designed for midlife leaders. This unique holistic approach integrates physical, mental and cognitive assessments with personalized strategies for sustainable growth and transformation.

  • The program runs for a minimum of 6 months as we believe that is the least timeframe required to achieve measurable, sustainable transformation. However, we anticipate many participants will opt to remain in the program on an ongoing basis given its ability to deliver evidence-based results in mental, physical and cognitive domains.

  • It is uniquely personalized as we use a range of assessments including EEG, physical tests, and psychometric evaluations to form a deep, comprehensive picture of your current physical, mental, cognitive and relationship states. This data and the resulting insights forms the basis of a bespoke program that is designed to fit your specific needs and goals.

  • The Prime Movement Program follows the psycho-dynamic model of coaching, which is underpinned by the belief that emotions are valid data points when addressing complex and challenging issues and behaviours. This approach helps participants to develop greater self-awareness and more profound self-understanding, which in turn is more likely to create lasting positive change. The program’s holistic approach also means that the cognitive and psychometric data informs the coaching approach, meaning conversations are more focused and informed - think human understanding underpinned by scientific insights.

  • The program ‘guides’ are TPM founder Jason Leavy and Chief Advisor Dr Brendon Stubbs, who will be personally involved with all the pioneer cohorts. There is also a network of TPM specialists that can be deployed depending on individual and situational requirements. 

  • A common characteristic of high performers in any field, whether it’s Tom Brady or Jeff Bezos, is that they know there is always room for improvement and they dedicate themselves to it accordingly. There is always scope to grow and develop further, whether that is mentally, physically or cognitively. We are confident The Prime Movement Program can take you to the next level, no matter where you are right now.

  • Given the program is based on an integrated, evidence-based approach, we are fully confident that you will see tangible positive results across a number of key modalities. During the course of the program we will be monitoring your data using wearables to ensure that you are progressing and so can recalibrate where required to.

  • Absolutely. We adhere to strict privacy and GDPR protocols. Your data is securely stored and used solely to inform your personal program and is never shared without your explicit consent.

  • In keeping with our belief in building a community of like-minded midlife leaders, Jason and Dr Brendon are committed to meeting each participant in person. We will be creating opportunities to connect with other participants in person, but this will be entirely optional.
